RIP Steve Jobs. It seems only fitting that people found out — and reacted to — the death of Steve Jobs on their phones and laptops, many of them Apple products. The reactions on Twitter are remarkable (just searched “iSad” or his name for fitting tributes), but here’s great responses from members of The 20:
@AlexMLeo shared some photos of the 12 most inspirational quotes from Steve Jobs
@AntDeRosa shared a quote from the late Jobs: “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life…”
@SIPabloTorre re-tweeted @conradscott: “Hey, people don’t actually mind incredible wealth if it’s earned by creating transformative tangible things everyone loves.”
@RyanNewYork reflected on our shared experiences over Jobs’ passing: “We’re all experiencing Steve Jobs’ passing as a collective experience, because of the digital world he helped create. That’s a legacy.” Then he reminded us that yes, “there ARE second acts in American lives.”
And @azipaybarah shared @mikebloomberg’s reaction: “Steve Jobs saw the future and brought it to life…”
Also, here’s a Steve Jobs soundboard from Complex Magazine to remember the quotable genius.
