That’s New York Red Bulls player Tim Ream, after his team tied with Arsenal in the World Football Challenge tournament. American teams have had their fair share of losses in international play (0-6 to be exact), which hasn’t helped elevate the status of the program here or abroad. But this tie, like Ream points out, helps to show that U.S teams can compete internationally, sometimes even against the best teams in the world, and hold their own.
